What happens during a treatment?

Following a thorough consultation, treatment begins with a full body scrub to stimulate circulation, followed by vitamin enriched algae and plant based creams and gels.

FIRM, TRIM AND DETOXIFY

A detoxifying, remineralising thermal clay is applied over the area to be treated. Two gentle stimuli are then introduced to aid the dispersal of fatty deposits and boost the metabolism to encourage toxin elimination. This also helps to increase lymphatic drainage and tone and firm the skin and muscle tissue.

MASSAGE

During the toning treatment you will receive a pressure point massage to the face and scalp. Performed in time to the rhythmic pulses to assist relaxation, you will simply float away.

CONTOURING AND FINISHING

At the end of the treatment the thermal detoxifying clay mask is removed to reveal slimmer, smoother contours. Contouring and finishing products are then applied to leave the skin silky and smooth.

HOMECARE ADVICE

During the treatment, advice is given on diet, exercise and a homecare programme, designed to help you to achieve and maintain your ideal shape.
